On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is our great pleasure to welcome you to the Critical Care Nutrition workshop: Practical Approach, which will be held on Sunday, 31st August 2025. This workshop will bring together leading experts, educators, and healthcare professionals in the field of Clinical Nutrition and Critical Care.
